Welcome to the IMPACT Technology Group Support Center

Please use the following methods to submit a service request. If you are unable to use any of the following methods, please use contact us by email or phone.

Support Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 EST (limited support from 12-1pm)

Response Times: Service requests will be handled on a first come first serve basis from highest priority to lowest priority. We aim to respond and start working on all requests within 1 hour but responses can vary based on current demand and scheduling.
